Way too many people don’t listen to their body’s needs, especially if the body is tired and extra sleep doesn’t help the body to relax. Instead they try to press or pursuade the body and brain to move on or change focus, even though it’s obvious that something is out of balance somewhere in the energy system.
In such cases I usually recommend my clients to take some time off to just do nothing. I know the brain doesn’t like to give up and waste time on doing nothing but that is what the Golden life force in the body wants you to do, if you have run out of energy and no longer feel pleasure in doing the things you normally do.
You simply have to inspire the whole energy system and your brain to reboot/restart and the best way to do that is to relax so much that you start to get bored. Then your energy system and the Golden energy in your body will often start all by themselves, because they get the urge to do things that make you happy and then you are suddenly up and running again.
It may sound strange but it’s really that simple, so try it out if you need new energy and inspiration to find its way into your life :)
