To live a loving, balanced and joyful life, it’s essential that you love yourself. Otherwise, you risk undermining the things that mean the most to you, because deep inside you don’t love yourself enough and that can be felt by the surroundings that “for some reason” will rather support other people than you.
Therefore, you cannot attract the things that mean the most to you in your life.
By loving others, you can radiate almost the same love, balance and joy as if you love yourself and thereby be able to attract the things you want in life, but your body will always let you know if you don’t love yourself enough.
So, when it comes to the bottom line, your body balance will always reflect if you love yourself or not and it’s crucial to how your body behaves. Is your body in balance or not, and does it say “no” when you want it to say “yes” and vice versa?
But love is one thing. Trust is another thing!
Maybe you have trusted other people and then they stabbed you in the back, but can you trust yourself and are you able to understand your own body language?
Not many people trust themselves and that’s the reason why they give away their power to others, so they can make decisions for them. However, if you don’t trust yourself and your body as well as your spiritual origin/source then you are in deep trouble because God and your spirit is supposed to be your most trusted source. Your spirit influences both your intuition and your wishes and longings and makes your body go in a certain direction that feels right for you deep inside, even if your brain doesn’t understand a thing of what’s going on.
So, do your best to trust and believe in yourself and listen to your body even if it sometimes feels difficult and very unfamiliar to you. When you listen to your body and your spirit, you will soon see and feel the good results in your everyday life and in your body.
